Drug and alcohol screening for farm workers?

The farm sector is looking into drug and alcohol testing for workers.
Both Australian and New Zealand shearing contractors raised the employment safety issue at their recent national conference.

The NSW based national shearing contractors association president Mick Schofield says random testing is already working to reduce drug use at the elite end of the industry in the shearing competitions.
