Mandarin producer has slight downturn because of high dollar

The Australian dollar was above parity with the US currency throughout the season.

Many farmers said they couldn’t convince overseas buyers to take their product at a higher price.

But Gayndah Packers Co-operative marketing manager Colleen Dangerfield says its Queensland operation has only had a slight downturn in sales.
